CSO Partners has developed and designed a social campaign for the employees of the Chennai plant of Kaleesuwari Refinery Private Limited.

The objective of this campaign is to sensitize and create awareness amongst the employees on socially and environmentally relevant issues and increase the employees access to support services through referral services.

The social calendar has been designed bearing in mind the employees’ profile and production processes of the plant. Six broad themes based have been selected on which awareness programmes will be conducted through monthly modules.

The social campaign was launched on 7th March, 2012 with the first module focused on women’s health and well being. The four day programme covered topics on personal health, nutrition, sanitation and hygiene. It ended with lifestyle related illnesses and skills for coping with them. The sessions were facilitated by We Care Social Service Society
