![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() We lived in a world where easy information has become a prime importance in all professional areas. As such, however small your organisation is, it is important to have an online presence where people like journalists and associates can get information about your organisation. Here are three reasons why nonprofit communicators must have a website:- It is a good PR. It helps journalists or possible partners to give easy access to your issues or your organization. Very cost-effective. Building and maintaining a website has become cheap. It will cost approximately $30 or Rs 1500 a year. You can present yourself and your organization in a comprehensive manner. As the web space is almost unlimited you have all the space required to explain in detail how your organization works and what are your achievements. However, you must not overdo it. Be factual and never over do any self promotion. If you are having difficulties in building a website or a web blog there are many free sites that offer free services. These sites will enable you to create your blog with a click of a few buttons. So, checkout the search engines for free tools and begin your online journey!
